Trainee Wiring Technician

About the role

Join Red Bull Racing & Technology as a Trainee Wiring Technician and work on the electronics package of a Formula 1 car. Based at the modern Milton Keynes campus, you will receive hands‑on training from a championship‑winning team while contributing to high‑performance projects.

Key responsibilities

• Produce high‑quality electrical and electronic components using specialised connectors, wiring and components.
• Assist in the assembly and testing of on‑car electronics systems.
• Support the Electronics Team with daily tasks and documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 GCSEs (grades 9‑4) including Maths, English and IT.
• Demonstrated practical skills from school projects or personal hobby work.
• Strong work ethic, team spirit and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and reliably.
• Computer literate with Microsoft Office competency.
• Available to travel daily to the Milton Keynes campus.
