Travel Operations Executive

About the role

Our client, an award‑winning specialist tour operator based in North London, is looking for a Travel Operations Executive to join their remote team. You will support the reservations department, ensuring bookings are accurate and client requests are handled efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Support after‑sales operations for the reservations team
• Check bookings and documentation for complete accuracy
• Manage amendments, including changes, cancellations and additions
• Handle client requests such as seating, assistance and luggage
• Liaise with suppliers to confirm all arrangements
• Meet ticketing and payment deadlines
• Maintain quality control across costings, spelling and grammar
• Provide in‑resort support when required

Required profile

• Travel industry experience, preferably with a tour operator
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage own workload
• High attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Exceptional customer service mindset

Required skills

What we offer

• Salary up to £30,000 per year, dependent on experience
• Fully remote work, Monday‑Friday (with two Saturdays per month on rotation and a compensatory day off)
• 22 days holiday
