Warehouse Operator

About the role

As a Warehouse Operator you will ensure the smooth flow of goods through the warehouse, handling inbound and outbound freight, maintaining accurate records and supporting our logistics operations.

Key responsibilities

• Operate forklift and, preferably, reach truck with proper licensing.
• Receive, put away, pick, pack, load and unload merchandise.
• Complete all paperwork promptly and accurately.
• Escalate shipment issues to the account coordinator for quick resolution.
• Maintain accurate inventory and location data in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Organise inbound and outbound freight, staging items in designated areas.
• Report any shipping or receiving issues to the warehouse team leader.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organised and compliant with health & safety guidelines.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of warehouse experience.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic with whole numbers, fractions and decimals.
• Strong attention to detail when completing checklists and forms.
• Reliability, punctuality and the ability to work independently.
• Physical capability to stand or sit for long periods, lift up to 25 kg regularly and work in variable temperature conditions.
• Forklift and/or reach‑truck certification (or willingness to obtain).
