Women's Wear Uniform Designer – London

About the role

The Women's Wear Uniform Designer will join NOUNIFORM’s London studio to create bespoke, high‑end uniforms for luxury hospitality and retail clients. Working on‑site, you will translate brand identities and the Creative Director’s vision into functional, commercially viable garments that meet the demands of an eight‑hour shift.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct strategic research on brand identity, fashion trends and functional requirements.
• Develop concept sketches, digital fashion illustrations and mood‑boards for client presentations.
• Produce accurate 2‑D technical CAD drawings and detailed construction specifications.
• Source fabrics, trims and bespoke accessories, including footwear, to meet project briefs.
• Collaborate with the men’s wear designer, production team and sample library to ensure high‑quality prototypes.
• Maintain technical standards so designs are ready for factory production.

Required profile

• Proven experience in women’s apparel or uniform design, preferably for luxury hospitality.
• Strong understanding of branding, textile properties and garment functionality.
• Ability to work autonomously and meet tight deadlines in a fast‑paced studio environment.
