About the role
Hunter Bond is a specialist recruitment firm seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrative Assistant to support its consultants and leadership team. The role involves providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations in a fast‑paced financial services and technology recruitment environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to consultants and management teams.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings and interviews.
- Coordinate internal and external communications.
- Maintain accurate records and databases.
- Prepare documents, presentations and reports.
- Assist with candidate and client onboarding processes.
- Organise team events, meetings and travel arrangements.
- Support office operations and ensure efficient administrative processes.
- Assist with ad‑hoc projects and business support activities as required.
Required profile
- Previous experience in an administrative, office support, or assistant role (preferred).
- Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Positive, proactive, team‑oriented attitude.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
