About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic Call Service Representatives to join our expanding Estate Planning Advisory team. Working Monday to Friday with occasional evening and Saturday shifts, you will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering a professional and empathetic service.
Key responsibilities
- Take inbound calls and make outbound calls to potential customers enquiring about our services.
- Accurately document customer queries and update records in our system.
- Explain our services clearly and offer tailored solutions based on individual needs.
- Complete ad‑hoc tasks to support the wider team.
- Engage with local community groups to promote free advice information clinics.
- Research new community groups suitable for hosting our clinics.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a customer‑facing role.
- Ability to meet performance and productivity targets.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, changing environment.
