Cleaner Operative (Full-time)

About the role

As a Cleaner Operative you will maintain a clean and safe environment for staff and visitors at the Lloyds Banking Group site in Salisbury. You will work a 6‑hour shift, following strict health and safety standards and delivering a high level of service.

Key responsibilities

• Keep all equipment and areas clean, well‑maintained and in safe working order.
• Use appropriate cleaning chemicals and tools while adhering to health and safety requirements.
• Meet agreed service level agreements (SLAs) for cleanliness and hygiene.
• Work both independently and as part of a team, taking initiative when needed.
• Provide excellent customer service and look for ways to improve cleaning processes.

Required profile

• Basic ability to read and communicate in English.
• Reliable, hardworking and self‑driven with a professional attitude.
• Flexible approach to shift patterns and duties.
• Willingness to complete all mandatory training.

Required skills

• Operation of standard cleaning equipment.
• Safe handling of cleaning chemicals.
• Basic health and safety awareness.
