Digital Marketing Executive

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to support our Head of Digital in a fast‑moving travel and active‑holiday environment. You will own key SEO initiatives, manage our WordPress sites and build automated performance dashboards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Head of Digital with SEO tasks, including weekly checks in SEMrush, Google Search Console and Otterly AI, keyword research and on‑page optimisation.
• Manage two WordPress websites, coordinate with the development agency to fix bugs, implement CRO and UX improvements, and maintain landing‑page content.
• Maintain and update key landing pages, ensuring text, images and SEO best practices are applied.
• Build Google Looker Studio dashboards and Google Sheets reports that pull data from Salesforce, GA4, Search Console and other tools.
• Produce weekly and monthly performance reports, including SEO, page‑speed and custom data visualisations.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of digital marketing experience in a B2C environment.
• Proven experience working with external agencies.
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices and experience using SEO tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team, with a flexible and hard‑working attitude.

Required skills

• SEO tools: SEMrush, Google Search Console, Otterly AI.
• Content management: WordPress.
• Analytics: GA4, Google Looker Studio (Data Studio), Google Sheets.
• CRM: Salesforce.
• Data automation and reporting.
