About the role
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support Senior Management across business operations, administration, communications, and strategic projects. The role is fast‑paced and requires exceptional organisational skills, strong written communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with discretion.
Key responsibilities
- Provide high‑level administrative support to Senior Management, managing calendars, meetings, travel and accommodation across multiple time zones.
- Coordinate recruitment processes, onboarding, contracts and employee records.
- Oversee office operations for Leeds and London locations.
- Draft business documents, presentations, policies, agendas and reports.
- Manage company communications, social media, website updates and brand content.
- Assist with legal and compliance documentation, including NDAs, contracts, insider lists and due‑diligence requests.
- Organise events, conferences and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Conduct market and industry research to support strategic initiatives.
- Liaise with investors, partners, suppliers and external agencies.
Required profile
- A‑Level qualifications or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience in an Executive Assistant or senior administrative role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Experience supporting multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
