About the role

We are a full‑service family practice in the Newton area seeking a motivated physician to join our growing team. The position offers the flexibility to shape your own practice while serving a diverse patient panel ranging from newborns to seniors.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary‑care services to patients of all ages.
• Perform selected procedures as desired and appropriate.
• Manage both in‑person and telemedicine appointments from your own office.
• Collaborate with three existing physicians and contribute to a large, multidisciplinary patient panel.

Required profile

• Board‑eligible or board‑certified Family/General Practitioner.
• Willingness to work in a collaborative clinic environment.
• Ability to tailor practice style to personal preferences.
• Optional: proficiency in Punjabi is a plus but not required.

Required skills

• Experience with MedAccess EMR.
• Proficiency using Dragon dictation software.
