About the role
The Field Sales Executive will drive growth and build relationships for a premium product range across independent merchants and retailers in Northern England and Scotland. This hands‑on, field‑based position focuses on shaping the in‑store experience and expanding a high‑impact territory.
Key responsibilities
- Execute a structured field plan, completing at least three targeted customer visits per day.
- Identify, engage and onboard new independent merchants and retail partners to expand distribution.
- Install and maintain high‑quality displays and point‑of‑sale materials to enhance product visibility.
- Deliver engaging product training to merchant teams, highlighting technical features and benefits.
- Manage and grow the territory strategically, balancing key‑account development with new‑business opportunities.
Required profile
- Proven field sales experience, preferably in a product‑led, distribution or trade‑focused environment.
- Strong self‑motivation and ability to manage a high‑frequency visit schedule independently.
- Keen eye for detail in retail or showroom product presentation.
- Commercial awareness to discuss margins, stock performance and return on investment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build lasting relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Required skills
What we offer
- Base salary £26,000‑£33,000 with OTE up to £50,000 and uncapped commission.
