Front of House Team Member

About the role

Join a brand‑new fresh‑pasta restaurant and help create memorable dining experiences for guests. As a Front of House Team Member you will be the first smile customers see, guiding them through the menu and ensuring every visit is enjoyable.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests with genuine warmth and enthusiasm.
• Take orders, recommend dishes and drinks, and share the story behind each pasta.
• Process payments accurately using the till/POS system.
• Maintain a clean and safe dining area by regularly sanitising tables and chairs.
• Handle customer feedback professionally and propose solutions.
• Support colleagues in both front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house as needed.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions and contribute ideas.

Required profile

• Passion for Italian cuisine and a love for food.
• Friendly, confident demeanor with an easy smile.
• Reliability, punctuality and willingness to help wherever needed.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Experience in hospitality, restaurants or retail is a plus.
