Geography Supply Teacher – Flexible Placements in Manchester

About the role
Tradewind Recruitment is seeking qualified Geography teachers for short‑term and long‑term supply placements across Manchester starting September 2026. This role offers the freedom to choose full‑time or part‑time shifts while delivering engaging Geography lessons in secondary schools.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver engaging Geography lessons to secondary school students.
- Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a safe learning environment.
- Follow the school's curriculum and lesson plans provided.
- Assess student understanding during the lesson and provide immediate feedback.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills (QTLS).
- Enhanced DBS disclosure (assistance available).
- Relevant overseas police clearances where applicable.
- Legal right to work in the UK.
- Complete CV with employment and education history.
Required skills
