About the role
The Trust is seeking a dynamic Head of School to lead a specialist secondary setting focused on SEN/SEMH. You will guide a dedicated behaviour team and collaborate with support staff, therapists, and families to deliver the best outcomes for pupils with complex needs.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop the school’s behaviour team, setting clear expectations and strategies.
- Support the delivery of tailored provision for pupils with Autism, ADHD, SEMH and complex learning difficulties.
- Work closely with therapists, support staff and parents to coordinate interventions and monitor progress.
- Implement a range of behaviour and emotional regulation strategies across the school.
- Maintain accurate records of pupil achievement and progress.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or NPQ SEN.
- Extensive leadership experience within SEND and inclusion settings.
- Fair but firm approach to management.
- Understanding of the strategic expectations of a Head of School role.

What we offer
- Permanent contract starting in September.
- Salary range £48,000 – £52,000 per year.
