Learning & Development Intern

About the role

We are looking for a Learning & Development Intern to join the HR team at Siemens Healthineers Magnet Technology. The 12‑month placement will be based primarily at our Eynsham site with the chance to work at the new Bicester factory as it opens in 2027. You will gain hands‑on experience supporting L&D initiatives across a global healthcare‑technology business.

Key responsibilities

• Drive and support the implementation of Learning & Development projects across the business.
• Assist in developing the Early Careers landscape within Magnet Technology.
• Support multi‑site and new‑factory projects linked to the “Future Vision”.
• Book, coordinate and record all internal training sessions, including new‑starter inductions, acting as the central contact point for training programmes.
• Lead and contribute to Corporate Social Responsibility activities.
• Facilitate internal communications by applying appropriate methods and strategies.
• Participate in the 12‑month Intern Development Programme.

Required profile

• Current university student seeking a year‑long industry placement.
• Motivated to take real responsibility and contribute to high‑profile projects.
• Interest in HR, learning and development, and corporate sustainability.
• Willingness to work on‑site at Eynsham and occasionally at Bicester.
