Letting Negotiator – Residential Property Specialist

About the role
We are seeking a proactive Letting Negotiator to join our Manchester team. You will act as the primary point of contact for prospective tenants, guiding them through the letting process and ensuring smooth transactions for our landlord clients.
Key responsibilities
- Meet and register new applicant enquiries.
- Organise and conduct property viewings.
- Maintain regular contact with applicants and record all communications in the database.
- Provide accurate rent valuations to landlords.
- Achieve daily and weekly performance targets.
- Negotiate offers on behalf of landlords when instructed.
- Stay informed about the local market to give a competitive edge.
- Train and mentor new team members.
- Collaborate with the team to identify and maximise new business opportunities.
Required profile
- Minimum three years’ experience as a letting negotiator.
- Full, clean driving licence.
- Team‑leader experience preferred.
- Arla Level 3 or 4 qualification preferred.
- Excellent organisational, written and verbal communication skills.
Required skills
- Working knowledge of Rightmove Plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
