Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Manager who embraces our values and unique customer proposition to help scale our work at Capital One. You will lead marketing programmes that boost acceptance, product adoption and volume across our payment network, working closely with acquirers and PSP partners.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate B2B marketing opportunities, develop comprehensive plans and leverage partner channels.
• Set performance metrics, manage the marketing budget and ensure effective execution.
• Build and maintain partner relationships, providing regular updates in collaboration with the Relationship Management team.
• Partner with sales to translate plans into actionable initiatives.
• Collaborate across multiple internal teams to support cross‑functional objectives.

Required profile

• Proven ability to monitor key performance indicators and present updates to senior leadership.
• Experience designing and executing programmes that increase product adoption and acceptance.
• Strategic mindset for enhancing customer experiences in a competitive network.
• Strong analytical capability to identify growth opportunities.
• Exceptional relationship‑management and negotiation skills.
• Bilingual fluency in English and French to support French‑market clients.
