About the role

The Outpatient Pharmacy Branch Leader will be responsible for overseeing the outpatient pharmacy service at Lancashire Teaching Hospital, ensuring high‑quality patient care while driving team performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the outpatient pharmacy team on a daily basis.
• Monitor and improve service performance against NHS standards.
• Coordinate medication dispensing, patient counseling, and clinical services.
