Plumber – Heating Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Plumber specialising in heating to join a well‑established facilities‑management company. The role is field‑based, covering Taunton, Salisbury and surrounding areas, offering independence while being backed by an experienced engineering team.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out radiator replacements and heating system upgrades.
• Assist with domestic boiler installations and replace hot‑water cylinders.
• Perform central‑heating wet works and diagnose plumbing faults related to heating systems.
• Deliver high‑quality workmanship and exceptional customer service.
• Accurately record completed work using a PDA or mobile device.
• Ensure all work complies with current regulations and company safety procedures.

Required profile

• Proven experience in domestic plumbing and heating.
• Experience with radiator replacements and wet central‑heating systems.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
