About the role
We are seeking a qualified plumber to work across the three campuses of Kings College London. The role is full‑time, Monday‑Friday 8am‑5pm, reporting to the Engineering Manager.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out maintenance and reactive tasks to plant on client sites.
- Complete all relevant job tasks on a PDA, including risk assessments.
- Provide further‑works reports and liaise with the client on completed and additional work.
- Update contract managers with site information and inform administrators of any plant changes.
- Collect parts from suppliers or head office and submit a weekly timesheet each Monday.
Required profile
- Completed an applicable apprenticeship with relevant plumbing qualifications.
- Proven experience in HVAC and building‑services environments with a continuous employment history.
- Ability to manage own time, paperwork and contribute effectively to a team.
- Positive “can‑do” attitude, flexible approach and commercially astute to identify additional work.
- Capable of building long‑term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
