About the role
This position is based in a modern, patient‑focused clinic in North London. The role combines front‑desk reception duties with office management responsibilities, supporting clinicians and ensuring a smooth patient experience. Key responsibilities
- Welcome patients and visitors with professionalism and compassion.
- Manage telephone calls, emails, and appointment bookings.
- Register patients, maintain accurate records, and handle confidential enquiries.
- Support clinicians and healthcare staff with scheduling and administrative tasks.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming reception area.
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and document management.
Required profile
- Previous reception, administration, or customer‑service experience.
- Healthcare or medical reception experience is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional, reliable, and approachable manner.
- Willingness to work flexibly across opening hours.
