Recruiter – Care & Office Roles

About the role

We are seeking a motivated, organised and people‑focused Recruiter to join our Westminster & Kensington Chelsea office. In this fast‑paced position you will play a key part in attracting, engaging and onboarding candidates who share our values and passion for delivering outstanding care.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process for both care and office‑based roles.
• Screen applications, conduct interviews and coordinate recruitment events.
• Support candidates through onboarding and compliance checks.
• Build relationships with local communities, job centres and recruitment partners.
• Create engaging job adverts and recruitment campaigns.
• Maintain accurate records using our recruitment systems.
• Contribute to recruitment projects and ideas that help grow the business.

Required profile

• Previous recruitment, resourcing or administration experience (preferred).
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Confident, professional manner with a proactive, positive attitude.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritise workloads.
• Team player who enjoys building relationships.
• Experience in care recruitment is an advantage.
