About the role
We are seeking a proactive Recruiter to own the end‑to‑end hiring process for a fast‑growing, remote‑first technology company in the United Kingdom. You will partner with leadership and hiring managers across Engineering, Product, Marketing and Operations to attract and secure top talent.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to offer acceptance for multiple functions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, refine job descriptions and set evaluation criteria.
- Source candidates through inbound applications, outbound outreach, market mapping and networking.
- Conduct CV reviews, screening interviews and structured assessments to ensure high hiring quality.
- Maintain several recruitment pipelines simultaneously while delivering a smooth candidate experience.
- Provide regular hiring updates, pipeline insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Enhance employer branding by improving job ads, career page content and recruitment communications.
- Build long‑term relationships with candidates, hiring managers and external talent communities.
- Identify and implement process improvements for sourcing and hiring workflows.
Required profile
- Minimum 4 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience in SaaS, technology or startup environments.
- Proven track record hiring for both technical and non‑technical roles.
- Ability to work independently in a high‑autonomy, fast‑paced setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
