Remote ESL Teacher (Online 1‑on‑1)

About the role

Cosmo 1:1 is looking for experienced ESL teachers to deliver personalized 1‑on‑1 online lessons to K‑12 students based in Singapore and Hong Kong. You will work remotely, set your own schedule, and teach 50‑minute sessions that help students improve their English language skills.

Key responsibilities

• Provide individualized 1‑on‑1 instruction following the Cosmo curriculum.
• Prepare age‑appropriate lesson materials and adapt them to each student’s ability.
• Update your availability in the Cosmo app and attend all scheduled classes on time.
• Submit class feedback after each lesson and communicate professionally with parents, students, and Cosmo staff.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 3 years experience teaching K‑12 English Language Arts or ESL.
• Reliable internet connection and a Windows or Mac PC.
• Availability of at least 20 hours per week, between 8 AM‑2 PM GMT on weekdays or 5 AM‑2 PM GMT on weekends.
• Commitment to a minimum of 6 months with Cosmo 1:1.
• Current residence in the United Kingdom.
