SAP Project Manager – SuccessFactors (Hybrid, London)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of SAP SuccessFactors programmes, including S/4HANA implementations, rollouts, upgrades and support. The role is based in London and operates in a hybrid model, requiring strong leadership, SAP domain expertise and the ability to manage complex, multi‑vendor environments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑lifecycle SAP SuccessFactors projects using SAP Activate / ASAP methodologies.
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables and success criteria.
• Act as the primary liaison for business stakeholders, SAP functional and technical teams.
• Manage cross‑functional SAP teams covering Finance, Procurement, BTP, CPI, Basis and Security.
• Oversee on‑shore/off‑shore delivery models and third‑party vendors.
• Prepare and present status reports, dashboards and steering‑committee updates.
• Manage RAID (Risks, Actions, Issues, Dependencies) and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure data‑migration readiness, UAT planning, cut‑over execution and go‑live support.
• Control project budgets, forecasts, billing and financial tracking.
• Drive continuous improvement, lessons learned and best‑practice adoption.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering SAP SuccessFactors and S/4HANA projects.
• Strong governance, stakeholder‑management and delivery‑excellence skills.
• Ability to lead multi‑vendor, on‑shore/off‑shore teams in predictive, Agile or hybrid models.
• Experience with CMMI quality standards and project‑performance metrics.
• Senior‑level expertise in managing budgets, risks and compliance requirements.
