Senior Creative Project Manager

About the role

This senior position sits at the heart of a global marketing team for a leading hospitality brand. You will act as the operational engine, turning the annual marketing calendar into actionable road‑maps and ensuring creative excellence across all integrated campaigns worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Translate the global marketing schedule into milestone‑driven roadmaps and coordinate flawless execution across channels and markets.
• Serve as the central hub linking Brand, Performance Marketing, CRM, Social, Digital, PR and external partners, proactively mitigating delivery risks.
• Own end‑to‑end creative workflow, forecast resource needs and resolve bottlenecks in content production, digital platforms and social.
• Build and manage a network of external agencies, production partners and freelancers, negotiating scopes, timelines and deliverables.
• Champion a rigorous briefing process, manage stakeholder reviews and secure sign‑offs from Marketing, Operations, Legal, Finance and Executive teams.
• Oversee campaign and production budgets, track spend and forecast future requirements while ensuring premium brand standards in all assets.

Required profile

• 5‑6+ years of experience in creative project management or marketing operations.
• Proven track record delivering complex, integrated multi‑brand campaigns at a global scale.
• Experience managing creative teams, production workflows and external agency networks.
• Background in hospitality, lifestyle, retail or premium consumer brands is highly desirable.
• Strong stakeholder management and data‑informed planning abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with project‑management platforms such as Asana, Monday.com, Trello or Smartsheet.

What we offer

• Competitive salary £65,000‑£70,000 per year.
• Full‑time permanent contract based in Central South London (4 days onsite).
