About the role
Babel, a multinational technology consultancy, is looking for a Service Manager to join its growing team. The role focuses on coordinating technical services, ensuring smooth client interactions, and supporting the delivery of high‑quality IT solutions in production environments.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate technical services and plan technical tasks and agendas.
- Maintain continuous contact with clients and capture operational requirements.
- Define KPIs, SLAs, incident conditions, and criticality based on technical analysis.
- Develop operation protocols, escalation procedures, and service tender specifications.
- Negotiate offers with third‑party providers and track incident resolution.
- Support service delivery in production, participate in IT projects, and execute preventive and evolutionary tasks.
- Maintain technical and service documentation, produce reports and performance indicators.
Required profile
- Strong knowledge of service management techniques.
- High technical understanding of the technologies related to the services offered.
- Excellent communication, planning, and coordination abilities.
- Project management experience and a customer‑oriented mindset.
- Team player capable of generating effective solutions.
