About the role
Join LEGO’s UK team as a Social Responsibility Coordinator and help bring the brand’s vision of learning through play to life in local communities. You will connect employees with meaningful volunteer opportunities and support initiatives that benefit children across the UK and EMEA region.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and deliver a diverse portfolio of volunteer activities, aligning employee skills with community needs.
- Support the Social Responsibility Manager in managing community partnerships and global initiative activations.
- Serve as the primary contact for employees, guiding them through volunteer programs and building internal advocacy.
- Lead all volunteer‑related communications, promotional and logistical, and coordinate special events such as World Play Day and Community Impact Month.
- Manage administration, logistics, and reporting for volunteer planning, product donations, and the UK Play Agent programme.
Required profile
- Legal right to work in the United Kingdom.
- Professional experience in social responsibility, employee engagement, or related fields.
- Commitment to a hybrid working model (3 days in the London office, 2 days remote).
- Strong curiosity about social impact and a passion for children’s learning through play.
- Playful attitude, problem‑solving mindset, and ability to collaborate with partners.
