Talent Acquisition Manager

About the role

We are partnering with a fast‑growing global consulting firm to hire a Talent Acquisition Manager based in Leeds. The role leads internal recruitment across the UK and supports global hiring, working closely with hiring managers and agencies to secure top talent.

Key responsibilities

• Directly source candidates for multiple roles, building talent pipelines through market mapping and targeted outreach.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, advise on sourcing strategies, and provide pipeline updates.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a strong candidate experience and successful offer delivery.
• Oversee recruitment agencies, including selection, briefing, performance monitoring, and alignment with sourcing strategy.
• Collaborate with the wider Talent Acquisition and People functions to align hiring priorities and improve processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in financial or professional services recruitment.
• Hands‑on proactive sourcing and headhunting experience, with strong LinkedIn Recruiter capability.
• Excellent stakeholder partnership skills and ability to manage multiple pipelines.
• University degree (2:1 or equivalent) and experience working with recruitment agencies.
