About the role

We are recruiting qualified teachers to join a leading UK educational institution across multiple sites. The role involves delivering the national curriculum, fostering an inclusive learning environment, and supporting student progress.

Key responsibilities

  • Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the national curriculum.
  • Create a positive, inclusive classroom that supports the development of all pupils.
  • Assess, monitor and report on pupil progress using formative and summative methods.
  • Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet diverse abilities and learning styles.
  • Manage classroom behaviour while promoting respect, safety and high expectations.
  • Collaborate with teaching assistants, SEN specialists and other staff to meet individual student needs.
  • Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about progress, attendance and behaviour.
  • Participate in school meetings, training, extracurricular activities and ongoing professional development.
  • Maintain accurate records, lesson plans and required documentation in line with regulatory standards.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant subject.
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent UK teaching certification (e.g., PGCE + QTS, SCITT, Teach First).
  • Previous experience teaching in a UK school.
  • Strong knowledge of the UK national curriculum and effective classroom management strategies.
  • Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal abilities.
  • Commitment to safeguarding, child protection and the welfare of young people.
