About the role
We are looking for a Traffic Marshall to join a busy new‑build construction site in Greenhithe. You will ensure safe and efficient movement of vehicles and protect the site perimeter while complying with health and safety policies.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and direct contractor parking in line with the site safety policy.
- Control traffic flow when deliveries arrive, ensuring smooth entry and exit.
- Secure barrier protection, hoarding and fencing around the site.
- Maintain clear communication with site personnel and external drivers.
Required profile
- Valid Traffic Banksman ticket.
- Current CSCS card.
- Personal protective equipment (hard hat, high‑visibility vest, safety boots).
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK.
Required skills
- Traffic control and site safety awareness.

- Competitive hourly rate up to £18, dependent on experience and payment method.
- Temporary contract starting August 2026.
