Trainee Manager

About the role

Vetra Group, a people‑first organisation in Glasgow, is seeking a Trainee Manager to start a management career. You will receive full training, mentorship and a clear progression path while working on customer acquisition and campaign delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Support campaign delivery and customer acquisition activities.
• Manage consumer accounts and build strong client relationships.
• Handle enquiries and maintain accurate client records.
• Engage with customers in‑person professionally and confidently.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Contribute to management targets, performance goals and business growth.
• Participate in training sessions and develop commercial and leadership skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Good organisation and time‑management skills.
• Team player who can take initiative.
• High reliability, honesty and strong work ethic.
• No prior management experience required – full training provided.
