About the role

Epicor is seeking a Business Development Representative to drive new revenue opportunities through proactive outreach and lead qualification. You will work closely with sales teams to build a robust pipeline of mid‑size to large enterprise prospects.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct cold outreach and respond to warm leads via phone, email, and social media.
  • Identify target accounts, prepare prospecting materials, and hand off qualified opportunities to sales.
  • Engage C‑Level and senior decision‑makers at mid‑size to large businesses.
  • Achieve daily, weekly and monthly metrics such as calls scheduled, calls completed, qualified opportunities and deals.
  • Perform market research to support Territory Managers.
  • Continuously learn Epicor’s applications, value proposition and differentiation.
  • Enter and maintain accurate data in the company’s CRM system.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in business management or marketing.
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service, call center, inside sales or a related industry (manufacturing, distribution, retail, lumber, auto).
  • Proven ability to meet quota goals and track record of lead qualification.
  • Excellent phone voice, written and verbal communication skills.
