Business Manager – UK & Europe

About the role

The Business Manager – UK & Europe will lead EasiYo’s UK operations from Derby, ensuring safe, efficient and profitable performance while expanding the brand across the United Kingdom and European markets. Reporting to the General Manager – North Island, you will work closely with teams in New Zealand and local HR partners to meet sales targets and uphold a strong health‑and‑safety culture.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and achieve profitability targets across the UK and Europe.
• Oversee customer service, planning, purchasing, warehousing and supply‑chain activities.
• Collaborate with innovation, marketing and finance teams in New Zealand.
• Maintain health‑and‑safety standards and manage operational performance within budget.
• Lead and develop a cross‑functional team, fostering a positive culture.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in branded food businesses with strong commercial acumen.
• Track record of delivering sales and profit targets in dynamic markets.
• Several years of operational management experience with P&L accountability.
• Ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders and drive continuous improvement.
• Resilience to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage remote senior management structures.
