Early Years Teacher – Level 6 – Radlett Nursery

About the role

First Place Nurseries in Radlett is seeking a proactive Early Years Teacher (Level 6) to deliver high‑quality care and education for young children. You will help create a safe, stimulating environment where children thrive and families feel supported.

Key responsibilities

• Support the delivery of a holistic early years curriculum that promotes emotional, social and physical development.
• Influence and shape nursery practices, sharing collective responsibility for implementation.
• Encourage continuous improvement by welcoming staff suggestions and new ideas.
• Assist with effective assessment, recording and reporting of children’s progress.
• Maintain strong partnerships with families through regular communication and updates.
