About the role
We are looking for an organised and proactive Office & Reception Manager to lead front‑of‑house operations and support daily office administration in our London office. The role combines reception management, facilities coordination and administrative support to ensure a smooth and professional workplace experience for staff and visitors.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day reception and front‑of‑house functions.
- Manage two receptionists, including rota planning, training and performance monitoring.
- Provide professional visitor management and client service at all times.
- Cover reception during peak periods, absences or annual leave.
- Support office administration such as document handling, filing and record keeping.
- Maintain office records, archiving systems and access‑control reports.
- Arrange business travel and accommodation when required.
- Assist in planning internal events and office initiatives.
- Prepare monthly attendance and stakeholder reports.
- Update internal communications and workplace information hubs.
- Contribute to facilities administration and maintain a well‑organised environment.
- Act as First Aider and Fire Warden following training.
- Coordinate annual DSE assessments and follow‑up actions.
Profile sought
- Previous experience in office or reception management, preferably within a corporate setting.
- Demonstrated leadership of small teams.
- Excellent organisational attention to detail.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
