About the role
Fleet Financial is seeking an Outbound Telemarketing Executive to support its business development strategy. You will work Monday to Friday, 9 am‑5.15 pm, building relationships with businesses of all sizes and helping to grow the company’s leasing portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Contact businesses ranging from sole traders to large corporates via outbound calls, email and LinkedIn.
- Develop a robust pipeline of prospects and book appointments for the business development team.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records in the CRM system.
- Maintain ongoing communication with prospects and existing customers.
Required profile
- Proven experience in outbound telesales, telemarketing or appointment setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication with a confident phone manner.
- Strong influencing, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively.
- Track record of exceeding targets and KPIs.
