About the role
As a Senior Executive Assistant at Ontario Teachers’, you will support senior managing directors and their investment teams in London, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations in a fast‑paced, global investment environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage complex, multi‑time‑zone calendars and schedule meetings for senior leaders.
- Coordinate international and domestic travel, including itineraries and visa requirements.
- Prepare, review and submit expense reports in line with internal policies.
- Handle vendor invoices and track payments for portfolio‑company charge‑back processes.
- Organise board and governance engagements, internal team meetings, off‑sites, client meetings and business‑development events.
Required profile
- Proactive, highly organised professional with strong judgement.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to anticipate needs.
- Discreet handling of confidential information.
- Experience supporting senior executives in a high‑performing investment or financial services setting.
