SEO Lead – Drive Growth with AI & Technical SEO

About the role

Yonda is seeking an SEO Lead to own end‑to‑end search optimisation and AI‑driven discovery. This hands‑on builder will work closely with founders, an external SEO consultant and agency freelancers to turn SEO into a predictable pipeline and revenue engine.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a scalable SEO roadmap covering technical SEO, content creation and authority building, measured by pipeline, MQLs, SQLs and revenue impact.
• Manage technical SEO on Webflow, including site architecture, crawlability, structured data, indexation and Core Web Vitals.
• Define and improve Yonda’s visibility in AI‑driven search platforms such as ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews.
• Build topical authority across VAT, GST and sales tax, prioritising commercial value over pure search volume.
• Own conversion and attribution for organic traffic, proving SEO contribution from lead to revenue.
• Strategise to win SERP real‑estate against comparison sites, aggregators and community platforms.
• Oversee agency and freelancer budgets for backlink acquisition and digital PR across trusted industry sources.
• Design and implement an international SEO strategy that respects jurisdictional regulatory and search differences.

Required profile

• Proven track record of generating qualified pipeline or revenue through SEO, with concrete metrics to demonstrate impact.
• Hands‑on technical SEO expertise, including site architecture, crawl management, structured data and Core Web Vitals.
• Experience building and scaling content strategies that attract high‑intent leads.
• Practical understanding of AI‑driven search and methods to track and improve visibility.
• Demonstrated ability to manage agencies or freelancers with clear ROI expectations.
