Campaign Management Specialist / Ad Ops

About the role

Condé Nast, a global media publisher with brands such as Vogue, GQ, Glamour, Vanity Fair and Wired, is hiring a Campaign Management Specialist in London. The specialist works in the Campaign Management team of the digital organisation, implementing direct and programmatic guaranteed campaigns across display, video and email, and is responsible for technical feasibility, trafficking and pacing and delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the implementation of digital ad campaigns for a given sales team, ensuring execution according to insertion orders.
• Work with clients and agencies on the technical implementation of third-party tagging.
• Test and QA all ads before launch.
• Coordinate with outsourced vendor partners and handle the administrative tasks of launching campaigns.
• Monitor assigned campaigns, optimise against deliverable goals and recommend improvements against KPIs.
• Keep up to date with the industry to advise sales and marketers on new products and digital changes.
• Act as primary liaison and support for sales operations colleagues on Google Ad Manager campaign delivery.

Required profile

• 1-3 years of digital Ad Operations or Campaign Management experience.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritise tasks independently.
• Expert knowledge of ad specs, ad units, the company's sites and platforms.

Required skills

• Google Ad Manager or another ad server (a must).
• Proficiency in Excel and comfort organising data.
• Familiarity with DV Publisher Suite or any OMS is beneficial.
• Knowledge of developer tools or HTML is beneficial.
