About the role
We are seeking a skilled Carpenter/Multi‑Trader to join a leading repairs and maintenance contractor supporting social housing in South East London. The role involves delivering high‑quality property maintenance, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and providing excellent service to residents.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out routine carpentry tasks across multiple properties each day.
- Perform basic plumbing, plaster repair, and tiling as required.
- Use a PDA and job‑scheduling software to record work and manage assignments.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations, including asbestos awareness.
- Provide a professional, customer‑focused service to residents.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a carpenter in social housing or a similar environment.
- Full, clean UK driving licence (minimum three points).
- Willingness to undergo a DBS check.
