About the role
Choros.io is a UK‑based marketing agency that builds lead‑generation and sales‑pipeline systems for trade businesses. We are looking for a proactive Cold Caller / Sales Development Representative to fill the top of our funnel, working remotely on UK hours.
Key responsibilities
- Book qualified discovery calls for the sales team.
- Work with a mix of supplied leads and self‑sourced prospects, contacting owners and decision‑makers at UK trade businesses.
- Own your pipeline, daily dials, and booked‑call numbers.
Required profile
- 200 dials per day or at least 10 booked calls per week with verified decision‑makers.
- Minimum 2 years B2B cold‑calling/SDR experience (non‑negotiable).
- Ability to handle gatekeepers, objections and rejection while staying energetic.
- Comfortable working remotely and self‑managing.
- Bonus if you have sold to trades, SMEs or service businesses.
Required skills
What we offer
- Base salary £25 k–£36 k depending on experience, plus a bonus for each qualified appointment and uncapped commission on closed deals.
