Concrete Supervisor – Moray & Highlands

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Concrete Supervisor to lead concrete works on a variety of civil engineering projects across Moray and the Highlands. The role involves ensuring that all concrete activities are carried out safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise site teams and subcontractors delivering concrete works.
• Coordinate concrete activities in line with drawings and specifications.
• Monitor progress against programme schedules and deadlines.
• Maintain health and safety standards on site.
• Report daily progress and issues to management.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising concrete works.
• Strong leadership and organisational abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• SSSTS or SMSTS certification.
• Valid CSCS card.
• First Aid at Work (beneficial).
• Full UK driving licence.
