Contracts Manager – Façade Projects (Multi‑Site)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to lead the delivery of façade works across four active sites in Islington, Poplar, Luton and Wembley. You will be responsible for coordinating all façade packages, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee multiple live façade projects simultaneously across the specified locations.
• Manage site teams, project managers and subcontractors to meet programme targets.
• Maintain strict health & safety compliance and monitor quality against specifications.
• Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders to sustain strong relationships.
• Identify risks early and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Drive productivity and efficiency improvements across all sites.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within façade or external envelope works.
• Demonstrated ability to manage several construction projects at once.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational capabilities.
• Commercial awareness with effective budget management.
• Willingness and ability to travel between the four sites.
