Delivery Director - FTC

About the role

Bray Leino, a full-service brand growth agency founded in 1973 with offices in North Devon, Bristol and London, is hiring a Delivery Director for its Production & Delivery team in London. The role oversees the production and delivery of several integrated campaigns on one of the agency's busiest client accounts, reporting to the Head of Production & Delivery and working alongside a dedicated Project Manager. It is a hybrid position.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the production and delivery of multiple integrated campaigns across ATL, press, OOH, digital, social and owned channels.
• Maintain production schedules, critical paths and delivery plans across all assigned campaigns.
• Ensure internal reviews and approval processes are followed before work is released, and that outputs are delivered on time and within budget.
• Work with the internal Production team and channel specialists to coordinate delivery across all stages.
• Manage stakeholder expectations with timely, accurate and transparent communication.
• Partner with the Project Manager to monitor progress, identify risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Promote and improve production processes and ways of working, and keep accurate production documentation and delivery records.

Required profile

• Demonstrable experience delivering integrated campaigns across ATL, press, digital, social and owned channels in a creative, advertising or integrated agency.
• Strong understanding of agency production workflows, campaign delivery methods and quality assurance from planning to final delivery.
• Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and deadlines.
• Stakeholder management, communication and relationship-building skills across Client Services, Creative, Production and external partners.
• Proactive, solutions-focused approach with commercial awareness and sound judgement.
