Expeditor – Supply Chain & Project Support

About the role

The Expeditor ensures that materials, equipment and services are delivered on time to keep projects on schedule. Working closely with procurement, suppliers and project teams, you will monitor progress, flag delays and align supply‑chain activities with client milestones and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor supplier progress against purchase orders and delivery dates.
• Follow up with vendors to secure on‑time delivery of goods and documentation.
• Liaise with Procurement, Logistics, Engineering and Project teams to maintain clear communication.
• Track key milestones such as manufacturing, inspections, dispatch and delivery, producing regular status reports.
• Investigate and resolve bottlenecks, develop recovery plans and escalate critical risks.
• Ensure all required certificates, QA records and shipping documents are submitted promptly.
• Maintain accurate records in procurement and project systems and ensure compliance with client processes and safety standards.
• Conduct supplier visits, audits or inspections when required.

Required profile

• Proven experience in expediting, supply chain, procurement or logistics.
• Background in engineering, defence, nuclear or infrastructure sectors.
• Strong organisational, coordination and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Problem‑solving mindset with attention to detail.
