Experienced Education Recruitment Consultant

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Education Recruitment Consultant to take ownership of a well‑established SEN and tuition desk in Whitstable. You will join a high‑performing team, building on a strong foundation of recent placements and existing client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow the SEN and tuition recruitment desk, handling placements and client accounts.
• Maintain and develop relationships with schools, candidates, and tuition providers.
• Drive business development activities to generate new opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with safeguarding and sector regulations.
• Deliver placements that meet client expectations and achieve revenue targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months’ experience in education recruitment.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining school and candidate relationships.
• Proactive, driven approach to business development.
• Solid understanding of safeguarding, compliance, and the education sector.
• Ambition to make a meaningful impact in education recruitment.
