About the role
We are seeking a Facilities Manager to lead the day‑to‑day maintenance and operation of a busy engineering company in Bristol. This full‑time, on‑site role offers the chance to shape the facilities function while managing a small dedicated team.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily facilities maintenance across the engineering site.
- Manage budgets, plan and deliver facilities‑related projects.
- Provide hands‑on leadership to a small maintenance team.
Required profile
- Proven experience in a similar facilities management role.
- Strong knowledge of UK health & safety and facilities compliance requirements.
- Confident communicator able to work across operational teams.
