About the role
We are seeking ambitious graduates with a passion for sport and sales to join a specialist recruitment consultancy. You will work with senior clients in finance, technology and life‑science sectors, helping them secure top talent while building your own commercial success.
Key responsibilities
- Research and head‑hunt senior professionals across target markets.
- Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from sourcing to placement.
- Source candidates through advertising, networking and cold‑calling.
- Guide candidates through interview stages and negotiate offers.
- Develop relationships with board‑level executives and gain international market exposure.
Required profile
- 2024 or 2025 graduate with a 2:1 degree or higher.
- Commercial experience or a strong sales mindset.
- Competitive sporting background or notable extracurricular achievements.
- Highly motivated and hungry to succeed.

- Base salary £27‑£30k plus a 40% commission structure.
- On‑target earnings of £45k in year 1, rising to £70k+ by year 2.
