Head of Growth – DTC Wellness Brand

About the role

A fast-growing DTC wellness brand is looking for a Head of Growth to join its senior leadership team. The business has scaled quickly since launch and is moving into international expansion, new product launches, retention and subscription. The role suits someone commercial, driven and hands-on who has already helped scale another DTC brand through a similar stage, and who is comfortable setting strategy while getting into the numbers.

Key responsibilities

• Paid acquisition across Meta, Google, affiliates, influencers and emerging channels
• Creative strategy and testing
• Retention, CRM and lifecycle management
• Subscription growth and reducing churn
• Shopify, CRO, landing pages and customer journey
• Growth budgets, forecasting and performance reporting
• Building and developing a high-performing growth team

Required profile

• Experience scaling significant paid media budgets
• Strong knowledge of Klaviyo, CRM and retention
• Understanding of how acquisition, conversion, repeat purchase and subscription work together
• Subscription experience is a big plus
• Background in high-growth DTC businesses in wellness, supplements, beauty or other consumer categories
• Open to an established Head of Growth or someone stepping into their first one
